  Scoop's NZ Election 08 site contains independent election coverage and commentary. The content is mostly provided by journalist Gordon Campbell.    
  VoteMe is a candidate and party profiling site. Each candidate registered with the site can profile information about themselves, videos and publications. Parties are also listed with their party lists and policy statements.    
  Policy.net.nz provides a compilation of the parties policies as publicly listed on their websites. You may find this site useful to be informed on specific issues.
